Now to "Upsells". They are core to successful funnels.

You showed interest by providing your email address, but maybe you can make progress faster with the paid offer of the product. Here is a chance to level up. Or you bought a course about building a computing-heavy product on Ruby on Rails. If I have the perfect high scale computer gear for you running on Omarchy in my storage, I should definitely offer it to you. You might need just that.

If an upsell is rejected, there is also the concept of a "downsell". Maybe you aren't into Linux, but you might still need that extra 50TB SSD storage so you can be successful with the Rails course on a high level.
